Cintron Citrus Mango Energy Drink Review

I reviewed most of the Cintron line earlier this year, but the one of the two varieties that I wasn't able to find was Citrus Mango, but months later a trip to the Dollar Tree finally supplied me with a can. Speaking of its can, it's vastly similar to its sugar free brother, but with the addition of cluttering lightning and the removal of "Sugar Free." And while I'm fond of the deduction, the introduction just blurs the consistency and greatly lessens the design's eye flow.

Pouring out, a scent that has kissed my nose many a times billowed vividly off the liquid. The flavour begins an organically sweet tangerine that tastes as if it's trying to mirror the more popular orange. A distinct mango breaths often into the latter part of the prior, and its debut brings along a certain tang that's kindly accepted by surrounding fruit. The degree of authenticity that both the mango and the tangerine have are impressive, especially when considering that there isn't any juice. There's then more prominence granted to the previously minor mango, and it doesn't attempt to dictate the tangerine but instead equally follow it with a trailing surge of sugar. Underneath, an effervescent passion fruit gently touches the aloft flavours with sweetly lined fingers, and it itself has a light grainy textured tartness. Although often used when describing the experience, the flavour never becomes unpleasantly or syrupy sweet. Overall, while it doesn't do anything that was previously undone, Cintron Citrus Mango does at least taste far more exciting and more enjoyable than its sugar free counterpart.

I had a sugar influenced kick that was lined with jitters. The buzz lasted around two and a half hours or so, and I did crash mildly once it ended. Each can contains: caffeine, taurine, inositol, and several B vitamins. All in all, Cintron Citrus Mango, while far from outright exceptional, is worth the additional thirty cents extra over Citrus Mango Sugar Free.
